A medium coarse washed USGA silica sand
Description
This sand comes from Hampshire and is a washed medium coarse silica sand that passes the USGA grading. Due to its slightly darker colour it is more commonly used for sports turf dressings and occasionally as a subsoil for urban tree pit planting. With around 85% of the particles falling into the medium coarse grade it is very single sized and extremely free draining.
